About Us:
A few words about our company
We started out over 40 years ago. Early on we decided to specialize in children's photography settling first on school portraits then adding sports and other youth activities. We have grown to be one of the largest school and sports photography businesses in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. Each year we photograph tens of thousands of children. We have an excellent reputation among the organizations and schools we serve. A number of schools and organizations have been with us for more than 25 years.
Quality
We strive to provide quality photography and good service. We have seen many photographers come and go over these past 40 years. It's doubtful that they shared our goals, as we approach nearly a half a million children photographed. Some photographers may try to grab some of our business with cheaper prices at times, but few can claim our longevity. We're in the memory business, and a cheap photo of poor quality will not improve with age. Quality and service are why people come to Photo Works.
It's about choice
Many changes have taken place over the past 40 years with regard to youth athletic photography. We have been responsible for many innovative ideas which are now in use nationwide. We were the first photography company in the United States to offer Trading Cards customized to each club we photograph. We were also the first in the country to offer Full Color Graphic Magazine Covers. Our philosophy has been to offer the widest choice of photography items available by any photographer in the Delaware Valley. We believe the choice of what to buy should be with the parent and not with the photographer. For that reason we have always offered parents the ability to purchase any item individually with no package purchase required.
Our Goal
Since our beginning we have dedicated ourselves to providing nothing but the best in youth photography. Our commitment remains the same today.
