If you are responding to a phone call or received a notice in the mail that your
order did not contain the Trading Card information to be printed on your child's
Trading Cards, you can use this web service to submit the necessary information.
This service is available as a courtesy to those who did not complete the Trading Card
information on their child's photo order envelope. Please note, that this information was
required when your child handed in the order envelope on Picture Day. However, we realize
mistakes can happen.
We can accept the Trading Card data late on the following conditional basis:
The data submitted must be received within 48 hours of your child being photographed
for your organization's orders. You will not be notified if the data has been submitted
too late to be accepted.
Photo Works cannot cancel your order or refund your money once Trading Card
production has begun.
